Soulful Monthly Meditation

Join Joie Kya in Soulful Meditation each 3rd Sunday morning monthly beginning in August.

If you are not familiar with Joie's style or meditation here is a small description of her style and background. In 1995 Joy was introduced to guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and the Art of Living organization. There she learned breath work and guided meditation, she then continued to explore visualization with the law of attraction in 2007. In 2008 she began to create a daily meditation practice that included journey work and breathing techniques, this approached changed how she saw herself in the world which led to a full mind, body, and spirit transformation. In 2012 she became a teacher of meditation and personal transformation and has continued to help hundreds of students in the past six years with her programs.

This class is a 60 to 90 minute unplug from the everyday hussle and an opportunity to connect to your heart and spirit. Sessions will include a discussion and a guided meditation that will allow you to transcend and release blocks. Some sessions may be 90 minutes based on the class size and individual experiences.

Location will be in the 916 area near midtown.

Payment at the door is accepted $20 for drop in.

Prepay is $18 per session or $45 for three sessions.

This is an all level class ages 16 and up are welcome to join. Minors must be accompanied by their guardian.
